Ingredients
- 2 ounce Apricot Brandy
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- Sparkling Water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and STIR. Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice.
Top up with Sparkling water, and garnish with a lemon twist.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
