Apricot Royale


  • 1 3/4 ounce Apricot Brandy
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • dash peach bitters
  • dash orange bitters
  • Champagne


Add ingredients, except Champagne, to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Rocks glass.

Gently float a layer of Champagne on top and garnish with an apricot slice.

*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
