Ingredients
- 16 ounce Riesling Wine
- 8 ounce White Rum
- 8 ounce orange juice
- 4 ounce lemon juice
- 4 ounce Orange Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Cherry Brandy
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 5-7 dashes bitters
- 26 ounce Champagne
Directions
Pre-chill all ingredients. Combine ingredients, except Champagne, in a chilled Punch Bowl and STIR.
Just before serving add Champagne and a block of ice. STIR and garnish with some lime slices floating on top.
Serves 20.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
