Buddha Punch


  • 16 ounce Riesling Wine
  • 8 ounce White Rum
  • 8 ounce orange juice
  • 4 ounce lemon juice
  • 4 ounce Orange Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Cherry Brandy
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 5-7 dashes bitters
  • 26 ounce Champagne


Pre-chill all ingredients.  Combine ingredients, except Champagne, in a chilled Punch Bowl and STIR.

Just before serving add Champagne and a block of ice.  STIR and garnish with some lime slices floating on top.

Serves 20.

*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
