Chicago Fizz


  • 1 1/2 ounce Gold Rum
  • 1 ounce Ruby Port
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fine sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • sparkling water


Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice and top up with sparkling water.  STIR.
