Ingredients
- 1 ounce Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Coffee Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Irish Cream Liqueur
- 3 ounce cold espresso
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- dash simple syrup
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a Parfait glass.
Garnish with a four leaf clover.
