Ingredients
- 2 ounce Scotch Whisky
- 1 tsp Orange Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp fine sugar
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled Collins glass over ice.
Top up with sparkling water and STIR.
