Fish House Punch


  • 52 ounce Dark Rum
  • 26 ounce Cognac
  • 4 ounce Peach Brandy
  • 26 ounce lemon juice
  • 52 ounce non-carbonated water
  • 1 1/2 cups fine sugar


In a large Punch Bowl, dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice.  Add the rest of the ingredients and STIR.

Add a large block of ice and garnish each drink with a peach slice.

Makes 40 servings
