- 2 ounce Brandy
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
Combine ingredients, except Champagne, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled Highball glass.
Top up with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
