Gables Collins


  • 1 1/2 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce Creme de Noyaux
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • club soda


Combine first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a Collins glass over ice.

Top up with soda and garnish with lemon slice and pineapple chunk.
