- 2 ounce Blended Whiskey
- 1/2 tsp fine sugar
- sparkling water
Directions
Mix Whiskey with sugar in the bottom of a chilled Collins glass. Fill with ice and top up with sparkling water.
STIR and garnish with a lemon peel.
