Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Dark Rum
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • water (boiling)
  • 1/2 tsp butter

Directions

Put sugar in a warmed Irish Coffee Mug and fill two-thirds with boiling water.  Add Rum and STIR.

Float butter on top and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
