Ingredients
- 3 ounce Dry Red Wine
- 2 ounce Dark Rum
- 1 ounce honey
- boiling water
- 1/8 lemon rind
Directions
Dissolve honey in an Irish Coffee mug with a little boiling water. Add remaining ingredients and top up with boiling water.
STIR using a cinnamon stick and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
