Remsen Cooler

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce Scotch Whisky
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • sparkling water

Directions

Pour Scotch and simple syrup into a chilled Collins glass over ice.  Top up with sparkling water and STIR.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
