Roman Cooler


  • 2 ounce Gin
  • 1 ounce Italian Vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • sparkling water


Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice.

Top up with sparkling water and STIR.  Garnish with an orange twist.

*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
