Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 tsp fine sugar
- 1 egg white
- Champagne
Directions
Add ingredients, except Champagne, to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass with ice.
Top up with Champagne and garnish with a lemon slice.
