Sloeberry Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Sloe Gin
• dash angostura bitters
• club soda

Directions

Combine first 2 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Pour over ice into a chilled Collins
glass.

Top up with soda water and STIR. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
