- 2 cups Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups black tea
- 2 tbsp fresh slice ginger
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
Combine ingredients in a slow cooker with zest of 1 orange and 1 apple, cored and chopped.
Heat on medium for 15-30 minutes, but do not boil. Stir occasionally.
Spoon into glasses and garnish each with a candied ginger slice.
