These drinks will please and impress. Some of them come from the people at “That’s the Spirit”.
1. BAILEY’S CHOCOLATE CHERRY
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz grenadine (red)
- 1/2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
Mixing instructions:
Begin with a layer of red grenadine, slip on a layer of Coffee Liqueur and top with a tasty layer of Irish Cream liqueur.
2. CHOCOLATE MARTINI
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz chocolate liqueur (clear)
- 1-1/2 oz vodka
- Orange wedge
Mixing instructions:
Mix ingredients over ice in a shaker. Strain into a martini or cocktail glass and garnish with an orange wedge or slice.
3. RASCHOCOLATE MARTINI
Ingredients:
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 1/4 oz raspberry liqueur
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur (clear)
Mixing instructions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
4. TEXAS ROSE
Ingredients:
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz banana liqueur
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz rum
Mixing instructions:
In a highball glass, stir the ingredients together with a spoon and add ice.
5. THE ROSE-A-RITA
Ingredients:
- 4 oz sweet and sour mix
- 1 oz Alize Rose
- 1 oz tequila
Mixing instructions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Alize Rose, tequila, and sweet-and-sour mix (or frozen concentrated limeade). Shake (or blend) and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
6. ROSE HALL
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz banana liqueur
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- Lime slice
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients, except lime slice, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender, pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime slice.
