Champagne Sorbet Punch


  • 26 ounce Champagne
  • 26 ounce White Dessert Wine
  • 1 quart lemon sorbet


Combine Champagne and Wine in a Punch Bowl with a block of ice.  Add 4-5 large scoops of the sorbet to the bowl or use a melon baller and add one small scoop to each glass.

Serves 20-25.
