Laughing Water


  • 2 ounce Rye Whiskey
  • 1/4 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup
  • 1/4 ounce pineapple juice


Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Coupe(margarita) glass.

Garnish with a pinch of ground nutmeg.

*cinnamon syrup can be made by boiling 4 cinnamon sticks with a cup of water and a cup of sugar for about 5 minutes. let cool before using
